Official Rules for Bofferding MARCH CAPTION CONTEST

1. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Ansay International are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11 am CST and ends on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 8:00 am CST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the contest by submitting a comment with a caption for the photo shown on the post for Bofferding USA social media pages (Facebook and Instagram.)  Entrants also must follow the Bofferding USA page on Facebook or Instagram.  Only one entry total per person is allowed.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries on Monday, March 16, 2026 based on number of likes received on the entrant's caption comment. In the event of a tie, staff from Ansay International will select a winner. The winner will be notified via social media within two (2) days. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

5. Prize(s)

The winner will receive two(2) Bofferding glasses of a variety selected by the staff.  The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other items unless specified by the sponsor. The glasses may be picked up locally or shipped to the winner.

6. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Ansay International permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

Ansay International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.

8. Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ansay International from any liability related to participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

9. Governing Law

This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of The State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of law.
